ORION VETERANS MEMORIAL “COFFEE WITH A VETERAN” EVENT
You are invited to visit with veterans from VFW Post 334 and enjoy some FREE Coffee & Donuts on Saturday, August 3rd from 9:00 am. until 3:00 pm.
Everyone is welcome to come on this annual special day. Veterans who have served our country in one of the five armed services will be present to visit with you and give you a tour of the impressive memorials at the Orion Veterans Memorial.

- 10:00 am. North Oakland County Young Marines Drill Team
- 10:30 am. American Legion Riders
- 11:00 am. Donut Dolly (Joann Puffey Kotcher) Theme will be: “Red Cross Girls in Vietnam”
- 12:00 pm. Lunch
- 1-3:00 pm. Flag Retirement Ceremony (retire the Flags that have served)
- 3:00 pm. Retire the Colors
The Orion Veteran’s Memorial is on Lapeer Road (M-24) at the corner of Odanah Street.
Parking is available at the Memorial or in the parking lot south of the Memorial.
